Ancylus eSIM Storefront

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of Ancylus eSIM products and services.

1. eSIM Compatibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their mobile device is eSIM-compatible, unlocked, and supports the destination network before purchasing an eSIM plan.

2. Plan Activation

The validity period of the purchased eSIM plan starts once the eSIM is activated on the customer’s device or first connects to a supported network, depending on the plan configuration.

3. Delivery

After successful payment, the eSIM details and installation instructions will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. The customer is responsible for entering a correct email address.

4. Refunds

Refunds are generally not available once an eSIM has been issued, delivered, activated, or used, except where required by applicable law.

If a technical issue occurs that is directly caused by Ancylus or the eSIM supplier, we will review the case and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5. Network Availability

Coverage, speed, and network quality depend on local operators, signal conditions, device type, and geographic location. Ancylus does not guarantee uninterrupted service in all areas.

6. Fair Use

eSIM plans are intended for normal personal or business travel usage. Excessive, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful use may result in suspension or termination of service without refund.

7. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for correctly installing the eSIM and following the provided instructions. Ancylus is not liable for issues caused by incorrect installation, accidental deletion of the eSIM, unsupported devices, or misuse of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ancylus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business, data, profits, or connectivity.

9. Changes

Ancylus may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page and apply from the date of publication.
